Every eligible business may enter in up to three categories. A business owner may enter more than one business.

The Entry Form has been kept as simple as possible. There are some great prizes, and even if you don't win, there are many opportunities to obtain excellent publicity and feedback on your business. So what are you waiting for? Download your entry from 1 April and get it in before 19 August 2011.

Eligibility

The David Awards is New Zealand's first national business award programme for small, micro and home businesses in New Zealand. All businesses in this sector (defined for the purpose of The David Awards as business with up to 10 full time equivalent employees) are eligible for entry into the Awards. Category restrictions, for example how long a business has been trading, may apply in some instances.

Entries for The David Awards 2011 are now closed. Entries for The David Awards 2012 open 1 April 2012.
