We also provide a mental health hub with resources to providers and programs to help regulate and deal with the trauma and shock of court to regulate and respond, instead of react.

Why We Should Win The Peoples Choice Award

We are nominating ourselves for peoples choice because we stand for the people as the true representation of David against a stacked deck of a powerful Goliath that has silenced victims for too long. We are the silent majority of the public of New Zealand who demand to have their rights to justice and fair treatment upheld. Our founder, Taz Dunstan has been defamed, discredited and criticized relentlessly by the courts, prior to a 3 year restraining order imposed in her absence in 2023, yet still she rises up and empowers others to fight for their rights to justice (one of whom just won a double Judicial Review (2 separate cases heard together) as a self represented litigant at Nelson High Court on 4 June 2025 by Justice Grau: [2025] NZHC 1440 ) Only growing stronger with case law now being generated internationally to inspire hope in others to have their voice heard. We stand for human rights advocacy, adaptability, agility and a sharp shot between the eyes of justice to hold parliament and it's agents to account, Most recently petitioning for ALL children in New Zealand to have legally recognised rights from birth (not only from age 16.) https://www.linkedin.com/posts/adriana-van-altvorst_silence-to-action-instigating-hope-for-the-activity-7335757612946190338-8chf?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop&rcm=ACoAAB7bqlkBqRVXdZ8V7SytREAZQK3dbvtX8wk We believe this will create huge change for the safety measures of children trafficked and exploited in New Zealand, which the media has now begun reporting on: https://www.rnz.co.nz/news/national/558077/saving-grace-child-trafficked-and-enslaved-in-new-zealand
