Glen Sharkey has dedicated over 35 years to inspiring and developing leaders and teams. As a Certified Speaking Professional, one of only nine in New Zealand to hold this distinction, he has been recognized for his impact, earning the PSANZ “Speaker of the Year” award in 2021 and twice receiving the NSANZ “Educator of the Year” honor. In 2023, his achievements were further celebrated when he was named the Supreme Winner at the David Business Awards.
A former President of the Professional Speakers Association of New Zealand, Westpac and 2Degrees Business Awards judge, Glen has also authored ten books on leadership, courageous conversations, motivation and corporate training. Beyond his professional endeavors, Glen finds joy in what he calls the “Three F’s”: fitness, football, and whānau
Having been a previous Supreme David Awards recipient, Glen is honoured to come on board as a judge to celebrate how small New Zealand businesses are impacting the national landscape with their innovative products and services.
