Change In Direction aims to offer a more cost effective and tailored approach to recruitment than the traditional agency model of paying a percentage of salary or fixed fee. By using an alternative and more transparent fee structure, small to medium businesses now have a more cost effective option for their recruitment. We are a recruitment partner who manage all permanent full and part time recruitment campaigns for the entire process until the employment agreement is signed, whilst the businesses carry on doing what they do best, operating their business. This recruitment model is fresh, accessible to all businesses and most of all, successful! We wanted to break the traditional recruitment agency mould and instead of following the heard we wanted to offer a more cost effective recruitment model to smaller businesses, as costs are high enough as it is!
