Inner Circle Consulting was founded by Tiffany Hubbard with the goal of empowering business owners to take control of their finances, understand their cash flow, and confidently grow their businesses. Through a combination of bookkeeping expertise, practical support, and education, Tiffany is passionate about making financial systems feel simpler, more accessible, and far less overwhelming for small business owners. Based in Warkworth and supporting clients across New Zealand, Inner Circle Consulting primarily works with small businesses, sole traders, and startups who often feel disconnected from their numbers or unsure about their financial processes. Tiffany’s approach goes beyond traditional bookkeeping. Her role is part bookkeeper, part strategist, part educator, and always focused on building confidence through clarity. Services range from setting up Xero from scratch, carrying out financial systems checks, streamlining processes, and creating tailored reporting packages that translate financial data into plain language clients can actually understand and use. Nearly a decade ago, Inner Circle Consulting started small. Very small. It grew from me finding something I was good at, something I genuinely enjoyed, and realising I could use those skills to make life a little easier for other business owners. Since then, it has grown into something I am incredibly proud of, but the heart of it has never changed. I believe small business can be hard enough without feeling like you have to figure everything out alone. I want the people I work with to know they have someone in their corner. Someone they can ask the “silly” question. Someone who will celebrate the wins, help untangle the messy bits, explain things without making them feel like they should already know, and genuinely care about what happens to their business. And that philosophy doesn’t stop with my clients. I believe strongly in supporting the communities I am part of, sharing what I have learned, mentoring other bookkeepers and contributing to an industry that has given me so much. I will happily share knowledge, make an introduction, encourage someone to back themselves, or have a conversation that helps another business owner see their next step a little more clearly. Because I don’t believe another person’s success takes anything away from mine. Building Inner Circle Consulting has happened alongside raising a family, volunteering, serving my community, mentoring others, learning, making mistakes, changing direction, taking opportunities that scared me and occasionally wondering what on earth I had got myself into. It hasn’t been a perfectly polished entrepreneurial journey, and I wouldn’t want to pretend it has been. But I have kept showing up. For my clients. For my family. For my community. For other bookkeepers and business owners. And for the business I decided all those years ago was worth building. Today, Inner Circle Consulting is growing into something bigger than the business I originally imagined, and I am incredibly excited about where it goes next. But no matter how much it grows, I never want to lose the thing that matters most: the people.
