About My Business

I have built Inner Circle Consulting to be a tool that empowers business owners to take control of their finances, understand their cash flow, and confidently grow their businesses. Whether it’s streamlining systems, implementing Xero, or offering strategic business insights, I thrive on making complex financial tasks simpler, more accessible, and less overwhelming for my clients. Inner Circle Consulting is a one-woman business based in Warkworth, where I support small business owners - many of whom are sole traders or startups - who feel unsure about their financial systems or disconnected from their numbers. My role is part bookkeeper, part strategist, part teacher, and always a champion for confidence through clarity. I work with businesses at all stages, but especially those who need a reset or want to build better habits around financial management. From setting up Xero from scratch, to running Xero Health Checks, to creating tailored reports that translate numbers into plain language, I help my clients not just stay compliant, but feel genuinely confident in their financial decisions. My signature packages like Back to Basics and Smart Start are designed to meet people where they are. I also write a blog & host a podcast (The Inner Circle Chronicles) to share helpful, relatable content on business finances, systems, and self-leadership. While bookkeeping is my core service, what I really offer is peace of mind. I’m not in business to get rich, I’m in business to provide a service that lifts the weight off my clients’ shoulders. I believe financial clarity should be available to all business owners, regardless of their background, budget, or experience. I’m Tiffany, and I run Inner Circle Consulting as a one-woman business based in Warkworth. I create practical tools, packages, and support that simplify the money side of things… and I cheer them on while they grow. Giving back is woven into everything I do: - I host co-working days for women in business, helping combat isolation and build connection. - I serve on the Strategic Advisory Group for NZQBA, shaping the future of bookkeeping with a focus on ethics and inclusivity. - I share openly through my blog and podcast (The Inner Circle Chronicles), offering real-world insights into the highs and lows of business ownership. And I do all of this solo - no employees, no admin assistant - just me, my computer, my values, and a very supportive husband cheering me on. It’s a juggle, but it’s also a privilege.
