Mursetter Consultants is a Christchurch-based business that provides tailored support to not-for-profit organisations, charitable trusts, sports clubs, and social enterprises. My mission is to strengthen the backbone of community organisations by bridging the gap left when volunteer capacity is stretched too thin. Whether the need is for a one-off project or ongoing assistance, Mursetter Consultants offers flexible and reliable support to help these groups thrive. I bring over 30 years of experience in administration, operations, stakeholder engagement and governance. On the operational side, services include managing communications, member engagement, and financial systems such as bookkeeping, budgeting and reporting. I also support clients in writing grant applications and navigating the often-complex funding environment, with a proven track record of success in securing financial support for local organisations.

I started Mursetter Consultants with a simple but powerful mission: to support the community heroes behind our local sports clubs, charities, and volunteer groups. In just 18 months, I’ve grown from one client to six clubs, helped secure over $100,000 in funding for their programmes, and built a business that’s reliable, values-driven, and focused on impact—not ego. I’m a solo operator who works quietly behind the scenes, helping others shine.
