FAUZ is a modest‑fashion brand based in Auckland, created to bring high‑quality ethnic wear to a community that had very few options available locally. When we first started, customers struggled to find well‑made abayas in New Zealand, and we saw an opportunity to fill that gap with clothing that combined quality, comfort, and cultural identity. We began by selling abayas at markets and online, and the response was immediate. Customers appreciated the craftsmanship, the fabric quality, and the modern modest designs. What started as a small idea quickly grew into a brand recognised for its attention to detail and commitment to serving the community. As our customer base grew, so did our product range. Today, FAUZ offers a curated selection of modest clothing for the whole family, including men’s and kids’ thobes, scarves, and a variety of women’s dresses. Every product we introduce is chosen with care, ensuring it reflects our values of elegance, modesty, and authenticity. In December, we transformed our garage into a boutique .A warm, welcoming space where customers can browse, try on clothing, and connect with us in person. This boutique has become a key part of our identity, offering a personalised shopping experience that many customers value. We also developed and launched our website, making our products accessible to customers across New Zealand. This has allowed us to reach people who may not be able to visit us physically and has helped us grow our presence beyond local markets. One of our proudest milestones is the launch of our own in‑house designed abaya line, the FAUZ LUXE Collection. This collection represents our evolution from a reseller to a brand creating original designs that reflect our vision for modern modest fashion.
