Strawberry Hill Tea Towels is a Christchurch-based small business founded by Beck after becoming frustrated that she couldn't find tea towels that actually dried dishes. After years of buying beautiful tea towels that simply pushed water around the plate, she decided to create one that truly worked. It quickly became clear that friends and family shared the same frustration, and what began as a personal solution soon grew into a thriving New Zealand business. Every Strawberry Hill Tea Towel is designed in-house, with many designs inspired by customer requests and the flowers, wildlife, and the classics New Zealanders love. The business is built on a simple philosophy: functionality comes first. Before a product is made beautiful, it must do the job it was designed to do. Made from premium flour sack cotton, the tea towels are highly absorbent, lint-free, and designed to make everyday kitchen tasks a little more enjoyable.
